Three course menu:

 

Tapas of 6 to include:

1. Pan fried salt and pepper calamari 

2. Char grilled Morten Bay Bugs 

3.Char grilled herb and lemon marinated chicken tenderloins

4.Grilled Chorizos with a mild salsa and sweet paprika 

5.Twice cooked Jalapeño filled with bocconcini in a Panko breadcrumb

6. Fresh shucked oysters 

 

Mains choice of one:

1. 300g Gippsland MSA Scotch Fillet with creamy mash and broccolini 

2. Oven Baked Stuffed Chicken Breast with rosemary mash and a citrus butter jus

3. Seafood Spaghetti with market fresh seafood, chili, garlic, basil and white wine

4.Crispy Skin Tasmanian Salmon with potato puree, broccolini and a saffron and white wine jus.

 

Dessert choice of one:

1. Chocolate Soufflé with house made vanilla bean ice cream
